Do not forget that for a video chat you need a webcam or at least a microphone.

If you have opened a video chat from two browsers, but from one computer it can happen that only one browser will access the video stream from the camera, and the second browser will either give an error (If it's FireFox) or broadcast a black box (If it's a chrome)

If the conference is more than 2 people, then the speaker will be shown, and not all at once. But it is also possible for all conference participants to immediately display tiles on a common image.
